My eyes have touched what my fingers cannot as I walk the halls of galleries. The architecture of their surroundings is equally impessive… waveringly lit skylights shrouding the intricate moulds and trip of classical columns and clerestory windows. No photos means no true memory.

The paintings of Cezanne & Van Gogh are a wonder, but there are others I find true marvels. They engage my mind and I am dizzy from the blur of colors and painted light, of allegorical figures and symbols. One cannot master this history in hundreds of multiples of the little time I spend here…
